REVENUE ANALYST (CENTRAL)

The position is based at Energy Fiji Limited’s Head Office in Suva and reports to the Customer Service Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out data integrity and reconciliation analysis for Customer Services SBA;
  • Monitor and report on operational and capital budget for Customer Services SBA;
  • Assist the Management of the Customer Services SBA in the achievement of its key Performance Indicators outlines in the Balanced Scorecard;
  • Provide estimation report on a weekly basis and follow up with the respective team to obtain normal reading;
  • Prepare monthly sales report and compare against budget. Reconcile variances and report to management. Compare sales monthly sales statistics against monthly generation statistics;
  • Reconcile all import and export electricity units for all Independent Power Producers (IPP) and prepare schedule for Finance team for payout and also prepare reports for management reporting and review;
  • Assist in preparing of Customer Services SBA monthly Board Papers, review and audit details before submission to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • The incumbent must have an Advanced Diploma in Business Studies or Accounting or Applied Computing
  • Applicants must have at least two (3) years of related work experience in related field or similar role.
  • Experience in Revenue and Sales forecasting would be advantageous.
  • Valid Group 2 driver license will be an added advantage.
