The Energy Fiji Limited invites sealed tenders from reputable Land Survey Firms for the Re-Survey of EFL Lease Central for TLTB 4/14/40122 & TLTB 4/16/2526, Re- Survey of EFL Lease North for TLTB 4/5/1464 and Re-Survey of EFL Lease West for TLTB 4/7/3967, 4/1/4379 and 4/11/5993.

Interested Bidders are to meet at the:

  1. FEA’s Head Office at 8.30am on Monday 29th May, 2017 for Central.
  2. FEA’s Labasa Customer Care Office at 10.00 am on Wednesday 24th May, 2017 for North.
  3. FEA’s Navutu Depot at 10.00 am on Tuesday 30th May, 2017 for West.

For project briefing, collection of tender documents and compulsory site visit.

This tender closes at 4:00 p.m. (16.00hrs Fiji time) on Wednesday 31st May, 2017.

It is mandatory for bidders to submit two (2) hard copies of tenders in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as –

Tender No.MR 111/2017 – “Re-Survey of EFL Lease Central for TLTB 4/14/40122 & TLTB 4/16/2526, Re- Survey of EFL Lease North for TLTB 4/5/1464 & Re-Survey of EFL Lease West for TLTB 4/7/3967, 4/1/4379 and 4/11/5993, must reach – The Secretary – Tender Committee, Energy Fiji Limited, Private Mail Bag, Suva; or be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Energy Fiji Limited Head Office, 2 Marlow Street, Suva; by no later than the above stipulated date and time.

The bidders must ensure that their bid is inclusive of all Taxes payable under Fiji Income Tax Act.

All late tenders, unmarked envelopes and envelopes without bidder’s name and address on the reverse will be returned to the Tenderers unopened. (Bids via e-mail or fax will not be considered).

The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted as the successful bid.
