Access Roads Upgrade to 132kV Transmission Towers in Balevuto Area

 

The Energy Fiji Limited invites sealed tenders from registered contractors for the upgrade of existing Access Roads to its 132kV Transmission Line Towers on the Wailoa –Nadarivatu – Vuda 132,000V Transmission Line.

Interested Bidders are to meet at the reception counter of the FEA’s Navutu Depot in Lautoka at 08.30am on Monday, 17th October, 2016 for the project briefing, collection of tender documents and a compulsory site visit.

 

Bidders shall provide their own 4×4 Transport for site visits and shall not travel in EFL vehicles.

This tender closes at 4:00 p.m. (16:00hrs Fiji time) on Wednesday, 26th October, 2016.

 

It is mandatory for bidders to submit three (3) hard copies of tenders in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as

 

“Tender No.MR 113/2016 – “Access Roads Upgrade to 132kV Transmission Towers in Balevuto Area’’ must reach – The Secretary – Tender Committee, Energy Fiji Limited, Private Mail Bag, Suva; or be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Energy Fiji Limited Head Office, 2 Marlow Street, Suva; by no later than the above stipulated date and time.

 

The bidders must ensure that their bid is inclusive of all Taxes payable under Fiji Income Tax Act.

 

All late tenders, unmarked envelopes and envelopes without bidder’s name and address on the reverse will be returned to the Tenderers. (Bids via e-mail or fax will not be considered).

 

The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted as the successful bid.
