High Voltage Zone Substation Weed Management and Cleaning

Energy Fiji Limited invites sealed tenders for the High Voltage Zone Substation Weed Management and Cleaning.

Interested Bidders are to meet at the following sites & dates:

• Tuesday 15^th May, 2018 at 11.00am (Wailoa, Wainikasou) – Starting at EFL Wailoa Switch yard and ending at Wainikasou.
• Wednesday 16^th May, 2018 at 9.00am (Northern Substations) – Starting at EFL Cawaira Power Station ending at Savusavu.
• Thursday 17^th May, 2018 at 9.00am (Central Substations) – Starting from EFL Kinoya Depot and ending at Korolevu.
• Monday 21^st May, 2018 at 10.00am (Western Region) – Starting at EFL Sigatoka Power Station and ending at Nadi, Vuda NCC Substation.
• Tuesday 22^nd May, 2018 at 9.00am (Western Region) – Starting at EFL Navutu Depot and ending at Rakiraki.
• Wednesday 23^rd May, 2018 at 12.00am (Western Region) – Nadarivatu Switching Station.

The successful Bidder will be responsible for the total execution of the work, which includes transportation of all materials to the site.

This tender closes at 4:00 p.m. (16.00hrs Fiji time) on Wednesday 30^th May, 2018.

It is mandatory for bidders to submit two (2) hard copies of tenders in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as –“Tender No. MR 189/2018 – High Voltage Zone Substation Weed Management and Cleaning addressed as follows; The Secretary – Tender Committee, Energy Fiji Limited, Private Mail Bag, Suva; or be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Energy Fiji Limited Head Office, 2 Marlow Street, Suva; by no later than the above stipulated date and time.

The bidders must ensure that their bid is inclusive of all Taxes payable under Fiji Income Tax Act.

All late tenders, unmarked envelopes and envelopes without bidder’s name and address on the reverse will be returned to the Tenderers unopened. (Bids via e-mail or fax will not be considered)

The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted as the successful bid.
