Supply and Implementation of the Vehicle Tracking Solution

(Fleet Monitoring System)

The Energy Fiji Limited invites sealed tenders from reputable companies to provide fleet monitoring system for EFL vehicles.

Interested bidders are to contact the Supply Chain Department at the EFL Head Office Suva on phone 3224360/9991587 for collection of tender specification.

This tender closes at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 7^th January, 2015.

Two (2) hard copies of Tenders in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as –

“Tender No.MR 145/2014 – Fleet Monitoring System” must be addressed as; “The Secretary – Tender Committee, Energy Fiji Limited, Private Mail Bag, Suva; and be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Energy Fiji Limited Head Office, 2 Marlow Street, Suva; by no later than the above stipulated date and time.

All late tenders, unmarked envelopes and envelopes without bidder’s name and address on the reverse will be returned to the Tenderers.

The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted as the successful bid.
