Sale of Used Vehicles

The Energy Fiji Limited invites sealed tenders for the sale of used EFL vehicles on an “as is where is” basis as per list below:

Interested bidders are requested to contact our Supply Chain Office on phone 3224360/9992400/9987085 for any further information or clarification.

Each bid for each vehicle must be accompanied by a refundable Tender deposit of $500.00 paid either by a Bank Cheque or cash payment made at the EFL Cashiers with original receipt attached to the bid. Personal or company cheques will not be accepted.

1. Successful bidders who decline to accept their award will forfeit their $500.00 deposit.
2. All unsuccessful bidders will be refunded their Tender deposit of $500.00.

For Vehicle Inspection please refer to the time and date stipulated below:

This tender closes at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday 23^rd February, 2022.

Bidders are requested to submit electronic copies via TenderLink by registering their interest at: https://www.tenderlink.com/efl

This is due to COVID 19 restriction on movements. Therefore, EFL will not accept any hard copy submission to be dropped in the tender box at EFL Head Office in Suva.

The bidders must ensure that their bid is inclusive of all Taxes payable under Fiji Income Tax Act.

The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted as the successful bid.

The Tender Bids particularly the “Price” must be typed and not hand written.

Tender Submission via email or fax will not be accepted.
