The position will be based at the Energy Fiji Limited’s Kinoya Depot and will report to the Metering Coordinator Central.                        

Key Responsibilities:

• Store, stock-take & order meters as required
• Dispatch meter for testing and calibration
• Issue meters to Inspection and Metering staff
• Arrange internal stock transfer of meters from EFL stores to metering stores
• Update meter installation records
• Liaise with Weights and Measures for meter certification projects
• Dispose obsolete meters as per EFL procedure
• Maintain meter & meter accessories stock levels for operations
• Update energy meter records in Gentrack and Syntel
• Reconcile meter dispatch and installation records
• Assist in filing sales recovery files
• Update metering department inventory
• Provide reports as and when required
• Be rostered for standby duties and carry out standby duties
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Manager Technical Services and Metering Coordinator Central

Key Requirements:

• The person should have a Diploma in Business/office administration/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute with at least one (1) year work experience. Trade Certificate in Electrical Engineering with three (2) years relevant experience may also apply.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting and computing.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel
• Demonstrate excellent housekeeping skills.
• A clean valid (not provisional) driving license is essential
