To establish the present level of customer satisfaction with regards to EFL’s Customer Services, EFL is conducting a customer satisfaction survey. VAC 56/23 - REVENUE ANALYST (CENTRAL)

The position will be based at the Energy Fiji Limited’s Head Office and will report to Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out data integrity and reconciliation analysis for Customer Services SBA;
  • Monitor and report on operational and capital budget for Customer Services SBA;
  • Assist the Management of the Customer Services SBA in the achievement of its key Performance Indicators outlines in the Balanced Scorecard;
  • Assist with the preparation of Revenue and sales forecast budget for EFL;
  • Provide assurance to the customer services management team on effective Financial Management strategies;
  • Audit & review prepaid reconciliation;
  • Provide estimation report on a weekly basis and follow up with the respective team to obtain normal reading;
  • Reconciliation & preparation of commission payment to all the agents;
  • Daily monitoring on cash collection, daily sales and line loss;
  • Carry out Financial Excel modeling for Customer Services SBA
  • Carry out Marketing monthly and YTD FMR and CAPEX analysis and prepare detail justification on over and under spend;
  • Prepare monthly and YTD Marketing scorecard performance in liaison with all Customer Services managers;
  • Calculation of Bills and QC bills to protect our revenue;
  • Carry out monthly and YTD analysis electricity sales performance in liaison with Manager Sales & Revenue Services;
  • Carry out any other work and responsibilities as required by the General Manager Customer Services;
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Studies or Accounting or Applied Computing with at least two (2) years of related work experience.
  • Experience in Revenue and Sales forecasting would be advantageous.
