Bobby started his career in EFL from 2002 as a Senior Accountant. He was promoted to the position of Chief Finance Officer in 2010 and then to Chief Operating Officer in February 2023. Prior to joining EFL, Bobby worked in the private sector for almost 8 years, in the retail and manufacturing sectors.

Bobby is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is a Member of the Fiji Institute of Accountants. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting, Finance & Economics, along with a Masters in Business Administration, from the University of the South Pacific. Bobby currently serves as a Board member of the Reserve Bank of Fiji and is also a member of the Audit & Finance Sub Committee of Energy Fiji Limited. He is a former Board member of the Fiji Rugby Union and was the Chairman of the Audit, Finance & HR Sub Committee of FRU. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
