TEAM LEADER STORES (CENTRAL)

The position will be based at the EFL’s Kinoya Depot and will report to the Team Leader Inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Kinoya Stores through respective stores team members;
- Manage Kinoya Inventory levels to KPI & Monitoring Minimum and Maximum level
- Issue of materials as and when required
- Manage National stock level and ordering of materials on timely basis
- Monitor and Manage Internal Customer KPI’s;
- Monitor and Manage Supplier DIFOTIS KPI’s, Daily Schedule Count (DSC);
- Monitor and Manage timely data processing for stock issues/ receipts/ transfers/ returns;
- Co-ordinate short interval planning reviews with immediate Supervisor;
- Continually challenge and improve inventory management processes via interaction with all stakeholders;
- Participate in SBA strategic planning and liaise with other stakeholders in terms of material availability for all projects.
- Monitor and manage movement (Stock Transfer) of inventory at stores level;
- Manage the Central Stores and also monitor in terms of National stock distribution to other satellite Stores
- Coordinate quarterly stock take and also monitor Daily Cycle Count by the team and prepare reports.
- Maintain the Health, Safety and Environment requirements of EFL and Fiji legislation;
- Approval and processing of local and overseas invoices and other documentation for receipting in Navision system.
- Ensure the team exercise EFL’s practice Policy and Procedure at all times
- To perform any other duties as assignment by the Inventory Team Leader or Unit
Key Requirements:
- A Diploma in Inventory Management, Commerce or Accounting from a recognized tertiary institute with relevant industry experience up to 5 years;
- In exceptional circumstances, applicants with no relevant qualification but having significant experience in the inventory management may be considered;
- Must have a good leadership skill to lead the team and have the potential to perform his/ her duties industriously and develop into good leader;
- Must have good understanding of the Supply Chain Management and a good knowledge of Customs Clearance procedures to coordinate the EFLs Freight Management and Customs Clearance Service Provider.
- A full Driving License and License to operate a Forklift will be an advantage.
