EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR EXTENSION OF HEADOFFICE

The Energy Fiji Limited invites sealed Expressions of Interest from Registered and Reputable Architectural firms for extension of FEA’s Head office at 2 Marlow Street, Suva.

Interested Parties are required to attend a compulsory site visit for project briefing and collection of EOI documents. Failure to attend the compulsory site visit will result in automatic disqualification of the EOI submission.

This EOI closes at 4:00 p.m. (16.00hrs Fiji time) on Wednesday 5th October, 2016.

It is mandatory for bidders to submit two (2) hard copies of the EOI submission in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as –

“EOI 02/2016 – “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR EXTENSION OF HEADOFFICE” must reach – The Secretary – Tender Committee, Energy Fiji Limited, Private Mail Bag, Suva; or be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Energy Fiji Limited Head Office, 2 Marlow Street, Suva; by no later than the above stipulated date and time.

The bidders must ensure that their submission is inclusive of all Taxes payable under Fiji Income Tax Act.

All late EOIs, unmarked envelopes and envelopes without bidder’s name and address on the reverse will be returned to the Tenderers unopened.
