Provision for Cleaning Services at the FEA’s Various Depots

The Energy Fiji Limited invites sealed tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Cleaning Services contractors to provide cleaning services at various EFL premises across the country.

Interested Bidders are to meet at the following locations for the respective project briefing, collection of tender documents and a compulsory site visit. Failure to attend the compulsory site visit will result in automatic disqualification of the tender bid.

10. Navutu Depot at 10.00a.m. on Wednesday 14^th October, 2015
11. Head Office, Suva at 10.00a.m. on Wednesday 14^th October, 2015
12. Labasa Depot at 9.00a.m. on Wednesday 14^th October, 2015
13. Kinoya Depot at 2.00p.m on Wednesday 14^th October, 2015
14. Nadi Customer Care at 2.00p.m on Wednesday 14^th October, 2015

This tender closes at 4:00 p.m. (16.00hrs Fiji Time) on Wednesday 21^st October, 2015.

Tenders in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as –

“Tender No.MR 162/2015 – “Provision for Cleaning Services at the FEA’s Various Sites” must reach – The Secretary – Tender Committee, Energy Fiji Limited, Private Mail Bag, Suva; OR be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Energy Fiji Limited Head Office, 2 Marlow Street, Suva; by no later than the above stipulated date and time.

The bidders must ensure that their bid is inclusive of all Taxes payable under Fiji Income Tax Act.

All late tenders, unmarked envelopes and envelopes without bidder’s name and address on the reverse will be returned to the Tenderers Unopened.

The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted as the successful bid.
