Interested bidders are requested to contact our Supply Chain Office on phone 3224360/9991587 for any further information or clarification.

Each bid for each vehicle must be accompanied by a non-refundable administration fee of $50.00 paid either by a Bank Cheque or cash payment made at the EFL Cashiers with original receipt attached to the bid. Personal cheques will not be accepted.

This tender closes at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday 20^th December, 2017

Tenders in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as –“MR 345/2017 – Sale of EFL Vehicles” must reach – The Secretary – Tender Committee, Energy Fiji Limited, Private Mail Bag, Suva; and to be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Energy Fiji Limited Head Office, 2 Marlow Street, Suva; by no later than the above stipulated date and time.

All late tenders, unmarked envelopes and envelopes without bidder’s name and address on the reverse will be returned to the Tenderers.

The highest bid will not necessarily be considered as the successful bid.
