Sale of Obsolete and Scrap Items

 

The Energy Fiji Limited invites sealed tenders specifically from licensed scrap dealers for the Sale of Obsolete and Scrap Items from its Stores in Kinoya and Navutu.

Tender Document including detailed list of items can be collected during a compulsory site inspection as follows:

  1. Kinoya Stores – between 10.00a.m to 4.00p.m on Tuesday, 14th April, 2015.
  2. Navutu Stores – between 10.00a.m to 4.00p.m on Thursday, 16th April, 2015.

This tender closes at 4:00p.m (16.00hrs Fiji time) on Wednesday 22nd April, 2015.

 

It is mandatory for bidders to submit two (2) hard copies of tenders in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as –

 

“Tender No. MR 57/2015 – Sale of Obsolete and Scrap Items” must reach – The Secretary – Tender Committee, Energy Fiji Limited, Private Mail Bag, Suva; OR be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Energy Fiji Limited Head Office, 2 Marlow Street, Suva; by no later than the above stipulated date and time.

 

The bidders must ensure that their bid is inclusive of all Taxes payable under Fiji Income Tax Act.

 

All late tenders, unmarked envelopes and envelopes without bidder’s name and address on the reverse will be returned to the Tenderers.

 

The highest bid will not necessarily be accepted as the successful bid.
