Energy Fiji Limited is a progressive and transformative organization and wishes to engage with a Public Relations and Strategic Communication company to assist prepare the communication strategy with the relevant stakeholders about its business developments to achieve it short, medium and long term goals and assist with change management.
These would include the preparation of communication strategies, selling proposition, key narratives, materials, etc for the respective stakeholders and guide the EFL Management and Board on how this can be implemented to achieve the desired outcomes using effective and efficient communication channels and technologies.
The successful bidder will discuss and take a leading role with the scoping and carrying out each assignment on an “as and when required” basis.
