Can I change my Postal Address?

Yes. Download a Change of Address Form from the Form Downloads, fill in the form and visit any of our Customer Care Centres with a Photo ID and verification of signature or you can send us a Service Request Form online and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.

Can I still pay my bill after hours?

Yes, you can at any Agency listed in the pay in person location on Payment Options. Note that opening hours will vary according to their opening hours including the weekends.

What are all I need to apply for a new connection?

You can download a New Connection Form (Commercial or Domestic) and prepare all documents detailed on New Connection’s page.
