Sale of Scrap and Obsolete Materials

 

The Energy Fiji Limited invites sealed tenders from licensed scrap dealers for the Sale of Scrap and Obsolete Materials from its Stores in Kinoya, Navutu and Labasa.

Tender Document including detailed list of items can be collected during a compulsory site inspection as follows:

  1. Navutu Stores – between 10:00a.m to 4:00p.m on Thursday 15th December, 2016.
  2. Kinoya Depot – between 10:00a.m to 4:00p.m on Monday 19th December, 2016.
  3. Labasa Stores – between 10:00a.m to 4:00p.m on Thursday 22nd December, 2016.

This tender closes at 4:00p.m (16:00hrs Fiji time) on Wednesday 28th December, 2015.

 

It is mandatory for bidders to submit two (2) hard copies of tenders in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as –

 

“Tender No. MR 150/2015 – Sale of Scrap and Obsolete Materials” must reach – The Secretary – Tender Committee, Energy Fiji Limited, Private Mail Bag, Suva; OR be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Energy Fiji Limited Head Office, 2 Marlow Street, Suva; by no later than the above stipulated date and time.

 

All late tenders, unmarked envelopes and envelopes without bidder’s name and address on the reverse will be returned to the Tenderers.

 

The highest bid will not necessarily be accepted as the successful bid.
