Connections

Customers must bring with them the following documents to any of our Customer Care Centers to apply for a connection to their homes.

 Business Customer Requirements

1. A completed Application for Permanent Permit & Power Supply form signed and stamped by your licensed contractor

2. Valid Photo Identification

  1. FNPF ID
  2. Drivers License
  3. Passport
  4. Voter Registration Card
  5. Birth certificate with passport size photo if you have no form of Photo identification

3. T.I.N Letter & Business License

4. Proof of Ownership

  1. Property Title – for Home Owners
  2. Landlord Consent or Tenancy agreement – if you are Renting

All applications will be assessed by the Regulatory Department & Planning Department. Once wiring works is completed, you are required to pay a refundable deposit based on the electrical load.

The connection of power supply to your premises will depend on the EFL Inspectors who will come and check the works carried out by your electrical contractor which must be in compliance to EFL’s installation, wiring & safety standards.
