The position will be based at the Energy Fiji Limited’s Navutu Depot, Lautoka and will report to Manager Procurement Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Purchase Orders both local and overseas are raised within the approved budgetary allocation and approved delegation framework and in compliance with EFL Financial policies and procedures;
• Ensure complete and accurate procurement accounting - batches are compiled, approved and processed incorporating Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices and  Receipt into NAVISION Financial  System;
• Monthly reconciliations of Suppliers statements;
• Perform General Ledger reconciliation;
• Ensure EFLs internal controls are maintained and monitored;
• Conduct Quarterly EFL Inventory Stock take;
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Accountants, Managers and CFO.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Studies / Accounting
• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles
• Customer focused
• Have outstanding negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial focus and a passionate “can do” attitude.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management processes
