The position will be based at the Energy Fiji Limited’s Head Office, Suva and will report to the Manager Land Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of surveys and preparation of survey plans , reports and other related documents.
• Carry out field site and inspection survey and supervise and/ or direct workers engaged in survey related work when required.
• Perform cadastral, topographical, engineering, and all other types of survey as may be necessary.
• Prepare regular and special reports as when required.
• Responsible for the time keeping and practical training of personnel under his control.
• Responsible for upkeep and correct use of survey equipment, material and spares.
• Required to drive Authority’s vehicle and be responsible for its proper utilisation and upkeep.
• Maintain the Occupational Health and Safety requirements of both EFL and Fiji’s Legislation.
• Other relevant duties as directed.

Key Requirements:

• The candidate must have a Diploma in Land Surveying or Tertiary qualification in the surveying profession with at least ten (10) years of experience in the surveying field.
• The candidate must possess a valid (not provisional) driver’s license.
