TENDER – SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

Energy Fiji Limited invites sealed tenders for the following used EFL vehicle:

Interested bidders are requested to contact our Supply Chain Office on phone 3224360/9992400 for any further information or clarification.

Bid must be accompanied by a refundable Tender deposit of $500.00 paid either by a Bank Cheque or cash payment made at the EFL Cashiers with original receipt attached to the bid.  Personal or company cheques will not be accepted.

1. Successful bidders who decline to accept their award will forfeit their $500.00 deposit.
2. All unsuccessful bidders will be refunded their Tender deposit of $500.00.

For Vehicle Inspection please contact Nalesh Sharan on 9994433 from 24th November to 28th November 2025 anytime from 10am to 3pm.  Sale is on “as is where is” basis and EFL reserves the right to accept or decline any offer.

This tender closes at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 28^th November 2025.

Bidders are requested to upload electronic copies via Tender Link by registering their interest at:  https://www.tenderlink.com/efl

EFL will not accept any hard copy submission to be dropped in the tender box at EFL Head Office in Suva.

This tender closes at 4.00pm (1600hrs) on Friday 28^th November, 2025.

The bidders must ensure that their bid is inclusive of all Taxes payable under Fiji Income Tax Act. Bidders are to clearly state the percentage of VAT that is applicable to the bid prices.

The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted as the successful bid.

The Tender Bids particularly the “Price” must be typed and not hand written.

Any request for the extension of the closing date must be addressed to EFL in writing three (3) working days prior to the tender closing date.
