Payment Options

EFL has the following options at your convenience to pay your electricity bill;

Internet Banking

The major banks in Fiji hold FEA’s bank details – please follow your bank’s bill payment set up process in your internet banking account. You will be prompted to enter your EFL account number. This can be found on the top left hand corner of your bill statement.

Please note that payments via Internet Banking will be updated on the following business day.

BSP SMS Bill Pay®

This is a service you need to subscribe to with the Bank of the South Pacific (BSP). Click on BSP SMS BillPay® for instructions to pay your EFL electricity bills from your mobile phone.

Vodafone’s M-Paisa®

This is a service you need to subscribe to with Vodafone. Click on M-Paisa® for instructions to pay your EFL electricity bills from your Vodafone mobile device.

Digicel MyCash®

This is a mobile money service available for Digicel customers. Click on MyCash® for more information on how to use MyCash to pay your EFL electricity bills with the new MyCash app or USSD dial in service.

Pay in Person

Customers can pay in person at the following EFL Service Centers or Authorized Agencies;
